Subscription Policy

1. Overview

This Subscription Policy governs recurring purchases of products from Nordic Sweet. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Our subscription program allows customers to receive dietary supplements on a recurring basis at discounted pricing.


2. Introductory Offer (First Month Discount)

New subscribers may receive a discounted price for their first shipment.

- The discounted price applies only to the first billing cycle.

- After the initial shipment, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard full price listed on our website at the time of renewal.

- By purchasing the introductory offer, you agree to automatic renewal at the regular price unless canceled.

We clearly display the discounted price and the renewal price at checkout.


3. Automatic Renewal & Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery frequency (e.g., every 30 days).

- Billing occurs automatically before each shipment.

- Your subscription continues until canceled.

- Renewal charges will be at the then-current standard subscription rate.

You may manage your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account at nordicsweet.com or

  • Contacting us at admin@nordicsweet.com

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

If cancellation occurs after billing has processed, the order will ship and cannot be reversed.


5. Returns & Refunds (Health & Safety Policy)

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened products are non-refundable.

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partially used products

  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers

  • Failure to cancel before renewal billing


6. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

  • We may retry the charge.

  • Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be processed.

  • You are responsible for updating your billing information.


7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes:

  • Notice will be provided via email or website announcement.

  • Changes will apply to future billing cycles.


8. Subscription Modifications

You may modify your subscription (change frequency, update address, skip shipment) through your account dashboard, subject to cutoff times before billing.
