Refund policy

 

14-Day Return Window

 


You have 14 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking, to contact us regarding a return request.


To initiate a return request, contact us at admin@nordicsweet.com and include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.


Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.


 

Eligibility for Returns (Supplements Only)

 


Due to the nature of dietary supplements and food products, returns are strictly limited.


We only accept returns in the following cases:

 

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

  • The product arrived sealed but unusable due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, assessed case by case.

 


Opened, used, partially used, or unsealed supplements are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where required by mandatory local consumer law.


 

Non-Returnable Items

 


For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Opened or unsealed supplements

  • Used or partially consumed products

  • Products with broken safety seals after delivery

  • Products returned due to taste, smell, texture, or personal preference

  • Products returned due to perceived lack of effect or results

 


Dietary supplements are ingestible goods, and once opened, they cannot be resold or reused.


 

Change-of-Mind Returns

 


Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are generally not accepted for supplements.


If a change-of-mind return is exceptionally approved:

 

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and factory sealed

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Approval is at our sole discretion and subject to local consumer law

 


 

Return Authorization Required

 


All returns must be approved by our support team before shipping.


Returns sent without authorization will be rejected.

Do not send products back to the return address printed on the package.

Return instructions and return addresses vary by region.


 

Return Shipping

 


For incorrect or damaged items, if your claim is approved:

 

  • We will offer either a replacement or a refund

  • Return shipping will be covered by Nordic Sweet where required

  • Photo evidence is mandatory before approval

 


For approved change-of-mind returns:

 

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 


 

Lost or Delivery Issues

 


Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless reported within the return window.


We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, carrier delays, or customs clearance delays.


 

Chargebacks & Bank Disputes

 


If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us first.


Filing a chargeback or bank dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and removes our ability to assist you directly.


We are not responsible for disputes filed before the customer follows our return and refund process.


 

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

 


If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.


This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including dietary supplements.


If the product remains unopened and factory sealed, withdrawal may be possible in accordance with applicable law.


 

Refunds

 


Once a return or claim is approved and verified, refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
